What are the precautions to observe before and after using a closed cooling tower!

1. Before use, thoroughly flush the inlet and outlet pipelines and the water tank to remove any debris inside the tower, preventing potential blockages in the piping system. 2. Ensure that all component connection bolts—especially those for transmission parts (such as the fan and motor)—are tightened securely, one by one. 3. Verify that the reducer oil level is at the proper standard, and confirm that the belt on the belt-driven reducer is properly tensioned.

1. Before use, thoroughly flush the inlet and outlet pipelines as well as the water tank to remove any debris inside the tower, preventing potential blockages in the pipelines.

2. All component connection bolts, especially those of the transmission parts (fans and motors), must be tightened one by one.

3. The reducer oil level is normal, and the belt of the belt-driven reducer should be properly tensioned.

4. The fan blades rotate smoothly without any contact or collision with the upper housing.

5. When the fan is operating, it should appear to rotate clockwise when viewed from the top of the tower, drawing air upward.

6. If the cooling tower emits any abnormal sounds, immediately shut down the unit and conduct a thorough inspection until the fault is resolved.

7. After the fan starts operating, open the water valve while simultaneously adjusting the water pump flow rate. Ensure that the inlet tower water pressure, current, voltage, vibration levels, and noise readings all remain within the specified ranges.

8. When uneven water distribution is detected in the distributor, the equipment should be stopped for inspection and maintenance.

9. Circulating water should be tap water or clean water, free from oil contamination and impurities, with turbidity not exceeding 50 mg/L.

10. As an essential cooling device, the closed-circuit cooling tower should be managed by a dedicated person, who shall meticulously record the inlet and outlet water temperature, flow rate, and pressure of the cooling tower.
