The closed-loop cooling tower's cooling process for the reactor is a carefully designed and efficient heat exchange process, ensuring the reactor can operate continuously and stably. The following is the entire cooling process of the closed-loop cooling tower for the reactor:
Cooling medium circulation: The cooling medium (usually water or other suitable fluid) in the closed-loop cooling tower begins to circulate through the pipeline system. These pipes connect the cooling tower and the reactor, forming a closed circulation loop.
Heat absorption: When the cooling medium flows through the reactor, it absorbs the heat generated inside the reactor. This heat may come from the heat generated by the chemical reaction or frictional heat during the operation process.
Cooling medium flows to the cooling tower: The cooling medium that has absorbed heat then flows to the closed-loop cooling tower through the pipeline. In the cooling tower, the cooling medium first passes through the heat exchanger.
Heat exchange: In the heat exchanger, the cooling medium exchanges heat with external cooling water or air. The external cooling water or air passes through the packing layer of the cooling tower, comes into contact with the cooling medium, and thus takes away the heat from the cooling medium.
Cooling medium temperature decreases: After heat exchange, the temperature of the cooling medium decreases significantly, reaching a state where it can be used again to cool the reactor.
Cooling medium reflux: The cooling medium with reduced temperature flows back to the reactor through the pipeline system again, continuing to absorb the heat generated by the reactor, thus completing a cooling cycle.
Cycle continues: This process is repeated continuously, forming a continuous cooling cycle, ensuring that the reactor can operate within a suitable temperature range.
In addition, the closed-loop cooling tower is also equipped with various auxiliary equipment, such as water pumps, fans, and control systems, to ensure the stability and efficiency of the cooling process. At the same time, the design and selection of the cooling tower also need to be based on the specific needs of the reactor and environmental conditions to achieve the best cooling effect.

Through this process, the closed-loop cooling tower can effectively cool the reactor, ensuring its stable operation, while avoiding direct contact between the cooling medium and the external environment, reducing the risk of pollution and loss.
