Advantages of counterflow closed cooling towers
Completely eliminate the hazards caused by debris and scale in the cooling water system: The softened cooling water circulates in a closed loop within the system and does not directly contact the external environment. This prevents the entry and accumulation of floating objects, dust, harmful ions, etc., into the cooling water system, thus avoiding efficiency reduction and dirty faults.
Crossflow closed-circuit cooling towers offer several advantages during operation.

(1) Completely eliminates the hazards caused by debris and scale in the cooling water system: The softened cooling water circulates in a closed loop within the system and does not directly contact the external environment. This prevents the entry and accumulation of floating objects, dust, harmful ions, etc., into the cooling water system, thus avoiding efficiency reduction and fouling issues.
(2) The adoption of a new heat exchanger simplifies the installation and replacement of coils: A. The new heat exchanger coils and headers use a flange connection, simplifying the installation and removal of the heat exchanger coils. B. The new heat exchanger uses three-dimensional tilting technology to completely solve drainage and residue problems.
(3) The optimized layout of the new heat exchanger and filler makes maintenance easier: The optimized layout of the new heat exchanger and high-performance filler makes maintenance and cleaning of the heat exchange coils and filler simpler and more convenient.
(4) The adoption of a new fan further improves performance: The new fan blades, designed using a three-coordinate inverse solution method, are made by integral steel mold pressure casting and undergo rigorous dynamic balance testing. This results in improved exhaust capacity and reduced operating noise.
(5) Internalized spray piping: The spray piping is located inside the cooling tower, eliminating external piping, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing tower appearance and reduced on-site piping costs.
