Can the closed-circuit cooling tower be put into operation once it’s installed?
A closed-circuit cooling tower doesn't become operational simply after installation—it still requires careful attention to many details, because even a slight oversight could lead to other problems. So, what should we pay attention to after installing a closed-circuit cooling tower?
A closed-circuit cooling tower doesn't become operational simply after installation—it still requires careful attention to many details, as even a slight oversight could lead to other problems. So, what should we pay attention to after installing a closed-circuit cooling tower?
1. First, level the cooling tower legs against the foundation, and then securely weld them to the embedded plates on the foundation.
2. Clean out debris and dust from the gaps between the water collection tray and packing of the closed-circuit cooling tower, and fully lubricate the transmission components of the cooling tower, such as the gearbox.
3. Check whether the screws at various parts, such as the tower frame and outer shell, are loose.
4. Adjust the fan angle according to the required temperature difference of the circulating water.
5. The fan of the closed-circuit cooling tower rotates clockwise; reversing the rotation is strictly prohibited. Before starting the cooling tower, check whether the voltage is stable and whether any phase is missing. It is strictly forbidden to start the cooling tower motor under conditions of phase failure or insufficient lubrication in the gearbox.
