To align with market demands and the company’s strategic development needs, the name of “Handan City Oasis Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.” was changed and registered as “Oasis Bingfeng Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd.” effective August 8, 2023.

To align with market demands and the company’s strategic development needs, the name of “Handan City Oasis Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.” was changed and registered as “Oasis Bingfeng Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd.” effective August 8, 2023. Contracts previously signed by the original company remain valid. Effective immediately, all internal and external documents, materials, invoices, bank accounts, tax identification numbers, and other related information of the company will use the new company name.
After the company’s name change, its business entity and legal relationships remain unchanged. The contracts previously signed remain valid, and the existing business relationships and service commitments stay the same.
